Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every item is made-to-order with care, and if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

1. Quality & Fulfillment Issues

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right. Here’s how it works:

Please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

The item must be returned to the address listed on your parcel.

Once we receive the return, you can choose between:

A free replacement, or

A full refund to your original payment method.

Important: Without an unboxing video and the returned item, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

2. Shipping Issues & Non-Delivery

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or carrier issue, we’ll notify you. You can choose to reship it (shipping fees may apply).

If your package is lost in transit, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or solution.

3. Size, Color, or Change of Mind

At Alvora, every product is crafted just for you! Thanks to our print-on-demand process, your chosen size, color, and design come to life only when you place an order. This ensures every order is as unique as you are!

To bring these custom creations to life, we collaborate with trusted third-party production partners who specialize in printing and shipping on demand. Because each item is tailored specifically for you, these partners are unable to accept returns or process refunds for wrong order placed. As a result, Alvora cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once your order has been submitted. 

To ensure everything arrives just the way you expect, we encourage you to double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

To keep it fair, we offer a discounted reprint option:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery if you need a different size or color.

We’ll reprint your order at 50% off, and you just cover shipping.

4. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

We take security seriously—for you and for us.

High-risk or suspicious orders may be automatically cancelled, with a full refund issued within 24 hours to your original payment method.

Once an order has been delivered, chargebacks cannot be used as a return method. If you have any issue, please contact us directly—we’ll assist you.

Any chargeback made after confirmed delivery will be disputed with your bank using proof of fulfillment.
