2. Orders & Account Management

  • Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you’ll get an email with all the details. Please double-check it because once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
  • Your Account: Creating an account is optional but highly recommended for speedy checkout and order tracking. Just remember to keep your info accurate and secure!
  • Accuracy Matters: Incorrect or incomplete details can lead to delays or cancellations—we wouldn’t want that, would we?

3. Products & Pricing

  • Our Offerings: We specialize in custom-made, on-demand apparel using high-quality materials.
  • Availability & Changes: Product options like sizes or colors may change without notice, and availability varies by location.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and might change over time. Don’t forget, shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Your Content: Uploading personal designs? You’re confirming that you have the legal rights to use them.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production Time: On-demand items are fulfilled in 3–11 business days by our trusted partners. 
  • Shipping Time: Delivery depends on your location and shipping choice, but you’ll get tracking info once it’s shipped.
  • Shipping Issues: While we’re not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages, we’re here to help! Contact us within 30 days if something goes awry.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Made to Order: Since our products are custom-printed, we don’t offer returns for changes in size, color, or preferences.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out with a photo within 30 days, and we’ll replace or refund it.
  • Exchanges: We don’t do direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to reorder.

6. Privacy First

7. Respecting Intellectual Property

All content on our website is owned by Alvora or our content partners. Please don’t copy or use our assets without permission.

  • Copyright issues caused by user-submitted designs.
